Looking for a compact machine to run local large language models on your desk?
Yes. The NVIDIA DGX Spark AI mini computer pairs the GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip with 128GB of unified memory, letting you load large models for local inference and development on a single machine roughly the size of a mini PC — small enough to sit right on your desk. It differs from the AI Agent PC in purpose: the Agent PC focuses on orchestrating workflows with inference mostly handled via API, while DGX Spark is built for running models locally on the machine itself. For multi-user concurrency or larger-scale inference services, we still recommend considering an LLM AI Workstation.
How long after ordering will I receive my machine?
The estimated delivery date is shown live on the order page for every model (calculated in real time from order timing and parts availability, excluding Sundays and holidays). In-stock models ship via next-day premium courier; AI workstations and AI servers are personally delivered and set up on-site by MAQ engineers anywhere in Taiwan, including outlying islands.
What payment methods are available?

How does warranty and after-sales support work?
Every model includes a 3-year hardware warranty, with all repairs completed locally in Taiwan for fast, reliable turnaround, and remote assistance available for software issues. AI workstation/server customers also get on-site inspection by our engineers and a loaner-unit service for contracted accounts (a comparable-spec loaner while your unit is being repaired). If something goes wrong, do I have to ship the machine back to Taipei?
Don't pack up the machine just yet — most software issues can be diagnosed and resolved remotely. If a hardware fault is confirmed and repair is needed, we arrange door-to-door courier pickup and return; repairs are completed locally in Taiwan, and we keep spares of key components on hand to shorten turnaround. All components are Taiwan authorized-distributor stock with nationwide warranty coverage, so you can also visit the manufacturer's nearest service center directly.
Can one machine dual-boot (Windows + Linux / SteamOS)?
Yes. MAQ machines support multi-OS boot — a graphical boot menu lets you choose which system to enter, fully installed and configured before shipping. Gaming-focused customers commonly pair Windows with SteamOS; development and AI-focused customers more often pair Windows with a Linux distribution such as Ubuntu, giving you access to Windows-exclusive software alongside Linux's more complete development and compute environment. Let us know the OS combination you need when ordering, and MAQ will configure it before shipping.
What is RAID, and do I need it?
RAID combines multiple drives into a single storage volume, balancing speed, capacity, and data protection. Common setups: RAID-0 (fastest, no protection — one failed drive loses everything), RAID-1/10 (mirrored protection at the cost of capacity), RAID-5 (balances speed and capacity, tolerates one drive failure), RAID-6 (tolerates two drive failures, more resilient). For heavy read/write workloads like video editing and AI datasets, MAQ recommends a hardware RAID card (Areca) or NAS solution — see our storage investment guide for planning capacity and backups. Whichever RAID level you choose, keep to the 3-2-1 backup rule.
Can I connect an editing machine to a large display for playback review?
Yes. Connect a TV or reference monitor via your graphics card's HDMI or DisplayPort output — full-screen playback is supported in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Premiere Pro.
Will my drawing tablet and other peripherals work?
Yes. MAQ machines ship with standard PC hardware and a licensed operating system, so Wacom tablets and other professional peripherals work normally as long as the manufacturer provides a driver for your OS.
