Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Timeline
- Every MAQ machine is assembled, pre-loaded, and burn-in tested before leaving our facility. The estimated delivery date for each model is shown live on the order page (calculated automatically based on order time and parts availability, excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- In-stock models (such as the SteamOS Gaming PC series) ship via premium courier with next-day delivery.
Delivery / Pickup Options
- AI workstations and AI servers: personally delivered by a MAQ engineer anywhere in Taiwan, including outlying islands, with on-site power-on inspection.
- Other models: nationwide courier delivery (Taiwan only, free of charge); Saturday delivery available.
- In-store pickup: No. 225, Songde Rd., Xinyi Dist., Taipei (please call ahead to schedule a visit).
Returns & After-Sales
About Returns
- If a delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, and we are unable to reach the customer by phone or email for more than five days, we will cancel the order and refund 90% of the amount paid.
- All MAQ online purchases are custom-built to order and are non-returnable. Please do not purchase if this is not acceptable to you.
After-Sales Service
- All models come with a 3-year hardware warranty and remote technical support; repairs are performed locally in Taiwan for fast, reliable service.

Our Policy
We reserve the final right to decide whether to sell to any given customer. Please do not request the installation or provision of pirated operating systems or software; for OS/software installation service, a valid license must be provided. We are unable to answer questions about hardware specifications outside the products we sell.
